From arrival to departure, every movement, activity, and transition is organized, monitored, and supported by responsible adults and clear protocols.
Supervision Model
- Dedicated adult supervisors accompany students throughout the journey
- Clear student-to-supervisor ratio maintained at all times
- Continuous presence during travel, activities, and transitions
- Defined roles and responsibilities for all supervising staff
Students are never left unaccompanied during any scheduled part of the program.
Student Monitoring & Movement Control
- Buddy system assigned to all students
- Attendance checks at every key point (departure, arrival, activities)
- Pre-planned routes and fixed reporting points
- Group-based movement during all local travel
- Clear daily schedules shared in advance
Accommodation & Night Protocols
- Safe and verified accommodation in well-rated properties
- Room allocation with clear student grouping
- Regular room checks by supervising staff
- Defined night-time guidelines and reporting structure
Transport & Logistics Safety
- Guided airport, hotel, and local transfers
- Use of reliable and structured public or private transport systems
- Planned travel routes with time buffers
- Continuous supervision during all travel movements
Emergency Preparedness
- Pre-defined emergency response and escalation plan
- Immediate access to local medical facilities if required
- Trained staff to handle unexpected situations
- Coordination support with local partners when needed
Parent & School Communication
- Pre-trip orientation for parents and students
- Clear communication channels during the journey
- Regular updates at key milestones
- Emergency contact access at all times
Student Conduct & Expectations
- Clear code of conduct shared before the journey
